Whats the best "Bang for your buck" Video card ?

Either Nvidia or ATI, I don't care. Just something that Will let me play future games like UT2K7 and is under 150.00 dollars. I currently got a ATI 9600 XT /w 256Mb Ram connected via AGP. So I need an AGP Card.
