How can i make this into a story?

There are many ways you could work this into a short story. Personally, I would have the narrator be an adult who has kept the journal referred to in the poem. Perhaps she's a mother now. Perhaps she reads the journal every night to remind herself what it was like to be a child. Perhaps she finds it one day and remembers all the things she swore she'd never do as an adult.
