Can you get a job interview when you are underage?

Hi I found out that I can be hired at tim hortons when im 14 im currently 13 and only a few months until 14. Am I able to have a interview at 13 ? Or do i have to wait to have a interview until im 14? So if i had a interview when I was 13 then could i wait till i was 14 to take my job?
