Will traveling close to the speed of light make you younger than someone who is doenting it?

for example, if i was going close to the speed of light going around a race track and someone was fallowing me with a camera when i was done moving,I would be younger than the person who was running the camera. if this is true, what is it called and can you provide some info to back it up?
