Sprint Phone Refund!!!?
So I went to the Sprint Store in December and upgraded my Palm Centro to a Palm Pixi... At first it was cool and I enjoyed it but little by little my phone has been making me angry... First I found out that my internet is in Spanish 90% of the time... Then at other times it would be glitchy and freeze... Within this whole week, the cover it comes with is breaking off and the magnet that keeps the battery charger flap on fell out... Just today I found that part of my usb charger ripped and i can see the wire, my internet is now in Chinese... Do you think I can go to the Sprint Store and DEMAND a new phone, free of charge... I still have the warranty on my phone as well.
