I am 5'11 in height n i weigh 85 Kg. i am tryin to loose weight frm last 2 weeks but there is no change in it.
I have started drinkin loads of water n started walking at least 10 Km a day n i have even cut down on junk food..infact stopped eating those. i have stated takin lots of fibre in my diet... PLLLZZZ help
