Droopy eyes problem...?

ok so i have these horrible droopy eyes and i just need a good way to make them look less droopy. does anyone have any suggestions on how to do my makeup so they don't look so droopy? i've tried using eyeliner to give them some subtle 'wings,' but i'm just wondering if anybody has any other suggestions-i really hate how they droop :-(
