Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion Theory -- Molecular Structure?

You're right with the first two. Your third one is incorrect however. XeF4 is known for its square planar geometry. Being a noble gas, it forms its bonds very specifically - it fills on the axes, x first, then y, then z. XeF2 is linear, XeF4 is square planar, and XeF6 is octahedral. Just remember that in order for a molecule to be octahedral it has to have 6 ligands i.e. a coordination number of 6.
