Is this good enough to get into an Ivy League School?

I have a GPA of a 3.9 (my school only goes up to 4.0) I have now taken the SAT's 5 times as a junior and even in 7th grade i scored higher than the "average" high school senior. I am in every honors/ AP cl possible. I have done ballet for 7 years, soccer for 10 years, lacrosse for 6 years, and I have snowboarded for 7 years. I volunteer at my town's library on a regular basis, as well as at the local ballet studio and the food pantry on the holidays. I also have maintained my position as head waitress at a restaurant in my area for 4 years straight and that is on top of all my extra curricular activities and my school work.Is all this enough to get into an ivy league school such as Harvard, Yale Princeton, Oxford, etc.?
