How much should I tip the movers?

This is my first time hiring movers. For a little perspective, they are moving us out of an 800 sq. foot two-bedroom apartment. We are moving all the boxes and little items ourselves, they are moving the big stuff. Furniture, beds, tvs, etc. There will be two movers within a two hour time frame. The price they quoted us was $344. What is the proper tip?
