Does this guy like me? i hope so D:?

Okay, this guy does the sound for gigs at my bar. I always run the bar on the nights he's there and he stares at me a lot, we hold eye contact, he smiles at me, talks to me so casually and I just feel so comfortable with him. He'll lean on the bar so his face is really close to mine, and he stays behind after everyones gone just to talk to me. He asked me if I drank aand I jokingly said 'HA, I could drink you under the table' and he replied 'Oh well, we must try that out sometime!' I brushed it off because I was embared but he kept mentioning it. He also offered to make me a CD of my favorite music. When guys are creepy with me, he genuinly looks concerned for me. I really really like him, but I've been badly hurt before. What do you think? Does he like me? He's so friendly and kind to me and we joke about a lot. We always hold eye contact for ages etc.
