How did "Please Read This Letter" by Robert Plant & Alison Krauss win the Grammy of Best Record of the Year?!?

How did that song win?!?!?! I haven't ever even heard of that song!!!! With that song being against Bleeding Love, Paper Planes, and the big one Viva La Vida, how was it even POSSIBLE for that song to win?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I am completely outraged!!!! What do you think of that song winning the Record of the Year?
