What is Yahoo POP3 and SMTP nominclatures so I can Yahoo mail to my Outlook Express accounts for down loading?

Outlook check all the servers in my "accounts" (3) when I open my mail and downloads any mail I have. I would like to add Yahoo mail to my accounts. tks.
