You might try going to a temp agency. There are a lot of employers that do temp to hire. That way they can try you out before they actually hire you. I don't think people are freaked out by black people. That's kinda raciest don't you think? If you are educated and capable, why would it matter what color you are. I got to admit I am always kinda freaked out by those call center people from India. They come on the line with a real strong Indian accent and say "Hello, my name is Bob. How can I help you?" Bob? yeah right....LOL
