Does anyone have a female miniature american eskimo 1 yrs. old?

Well, my baby's name is Sesi, which means 'snow' in Alaskan dog names. She just turned a year old. She is very hyper. She barks at everything, not as bad inside than outside. When she goes outside she won't come back in, thankfully there is a fence, but she just out there doing laps and running from you.
