Can Anybody reproduce the Chaksumathi Mantra of Akshi Upanishad from Krishna Yajur Veda - in Kannada Language?

Sir I am suffering from some eye problem. it is learnt that the Chakshumathi Mantra of Akshi Upanishad of Krishna Yajurved helps in solving this problem. Reproduction of the Mantra in Kannada and its translation will help me much.
