34 weeks pregnant, really bad pains?

Ill be 34 weeks pregnant on friday. Today I have had the most sharpest pains in my sides and around my ribs. My baby is breech and will not stop pushing its head out, It feels like if it pushes against my stomach any harder it will pop through. I dont know of these pains are because its breech, Ive had braxton hicks contractions before but they didnt feel like this. Could they be braxton hicks? or just the way the baby is positioned? Do these sort of pains mean I could go into labour early? Can anyone tell me what the pains are?
