How to stop people from puttign their feet under my desk at school?

Like where you are supposed to put your school books at this boy always put his feet inder my desk and starts shaking it and i asked the teacher can i move and he ignored it and i told the boy to stop and he wont so what do i do how can i prevent him from doing it and if i scoot up he scoots up its irritating and distracting me from my work
