Can you get a list of geographical telephone numbers rather than having to dial expensive 0870 0845 etc?

I am getting fed up having to dial expensive phone numbers when i can dial free to a proper geographical landline. Does anyone know of a list which gives you the correct geographoc number rather than a non geographic one. Thanks in advance.
